Returns

The purchaser should notify us within 7 days of receipt of the intention to return any items. The cost of returning goods will be borne by the purchaser.

Deliveries & Payment

We will assemble the order and contact purchasers to discuss payment once the order is complete and ready to go. We regularly update our website, but due to the fast moving nature of our business we cannot guarantee that all goods on the site will be in stock at any one time.

Deliveries within the UK mainland are free for orders over £350. UK mainland orders below £350 are charged at our standard delivery rate of £10 (including VAT).

For deliveries outside of the UK mainland please contact us to discuss our delivery charges.

Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of Normanton Fashions until payment has been received in full.

Errors & Omissions

We strive to ensure that information on our website is complete and up to date, but do not accept any liability for errors or omissions in terms of price or any other aspect of the site.

Labels

All brand labels should be removed from garments and accessories before they are put on display to customers.
